Welcome to Divya Solar. By accessing our website, placing an order, or booking a solar rooftop installation, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Products & Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard applicable GST. Pricing and product availability are subject to manufacturer changes. In the event of a listing error, we reserve the right to contact the customer before processing dispatch.

2. Warranty & Manufacturer Guarantees

Solar panels, hybrid inverters, and tubular batteries carry direct manufacturer warranties (e.g. 25-year panel performance, 5-year inverter warranty, 60-month tubular battery warranty). Divya Solar assists customers with documentation and OEM warranty support.

3. Rooftop Feasibility & Installation

Rooftop solar generation depends on local shading, weather, orientation, and structural integrity. Our engineers carry out comprehensive pre-installation surveys before mounting frames.

4. Government Subsidies

Government subsidies under PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana are disbursed directly to customer bank accounts by nodal agencies upon approval of the net-metering synchronization certificate. Divya Solar provides end-to-end liaison support.
